  • All hats are custom-made to order.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

  • All sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

  • Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified or authorized.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

  • All designs, logos, graphics, embroidery marks, product names, and website content are the exclusive property of Rah-lee-ah™ / Regulators Nation.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
