Thank you for supporting a small, independent brand. Every Rah-lee-ah™ hat is custom-made to order, carefully embroidered and inspected before shipping.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final except in the specific cases outlined below.

🚫 All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)

All hats are custom-produced once an order is placed. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit preference

  • Color appearing different on screen

  • Ordering the wrong item or variant

  • Delayed delivery once shipped

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and sizing details carefully before purchasing.

✅ When We Do Accept Returns or Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order only if the item arrives with a verifiable defect, such as:

  • Incorrect embroidery (not matching the confirmed design)

  • Visible manufacturing defect

  • Damage caused during production (not wear)

  • Wrong item received

To be eligible, all of the following must be met:

  1. You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. The hat is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  3. Original condition and packaging are intact

  4. Clear photos showing the issue are provided

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

📸 Required Proof

To process a claim, customers must email:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the defect (front, side, close-up)

  • Brief description of the issue

Without photo evidence, claims cannot be reviewed.

🔁 Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will choose one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • A refund to the original payment method

We do not offer store credit in place of refunds for defective items.


🚫 What Is Not Considered a Defect

The following are not defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Minor variations in embroidery stitching

  • Natural fabric texture or thread variation

  • Slight placement differences inherent to embroidery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, washing, or improper care

Each hat is handmade, and slight variations are part of the craft.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages

🚨 Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to deny future purchases from customers who:

  • Abuse the return policy

  • File chargebacks without contacting us first

  • Attempt to return worn or altered items
