Thank you for supporting a small, independent brand. Every Rah-lee-ah™ hat is custom-made to order, carefully embroidered and inspected before shipping.
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final except in the specific cases outlined below.
🚫 All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)
All hats are custom-produced once an order is placed. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or fit preference

Color appearing different on screen

Ordering the wrong item or variant

Delayed delivery once shipped
Please review all product photos, descriptions, and sizing details carefully before purchasing.
✅ When We Do Accept Returns or Replacements
We will gladly replace or refund your order only if the item arrives with a verifiable defect, such as:

Incorrect embroidery (not matching the confirmed design)

Visible manufacturing defect

Damage caused during production (not wear)

Wrong item received
To be eligible, all of the following must be met:

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

The hat is unused, unworn, and unwashed

Original condition and packaging are intact
-
Clear photos showing the issue are provided
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
📸 Required Proof
To process a claim, customers must email:

Order number
-
Clear photos of the defect (front, side, close-up)
-
Brief description of the issue
Without photo evidence, claims cannot be reviewed.
🔁 Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will choose one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the same item

A refund to the original payment method
We do not offer store credit in place of refunds for defective items.
🚫 What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

Minor variations in embroidery stitching

Natural fabric texture or thread variation

Slight placement differences inherent to embroidery

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, washing, or improper care
Each hat is handmade, and slight variations are part of the craft.
📦 Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted

We are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages
🚨 Chargebacks & Fraud
We reserve the right to deny future purchases from customers who:

Abuse the return policy

File chargebacks without contacting us first

Attempt to return worn or altered items
