Thank you for shopping Regulators Lab Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

  • All hats are custom-made to order.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on order value, shipping method, and destination.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Orders $0.00–$69.99 → $7.00

    • Orders $70.00+ → Free

  • Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipping.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review claims on a case-by-case basis.


International Shipping

  • International shipping availability varies by country.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays or confiscations caused by customs.
